Fees and Payments

The fee includes ("all inclusive"):
- registration to the Conference
- conference materials
- accommodation in the Smolenice Castle (please just keep in mind that there is a limited number of single rooms)
- full meal (excluding beverages)
- welcome reception on Sunday evening
- symposium trip/excursion on Tuesday afternoon
- symposium banquet on Wednesday evening
- conference hall
- tea/coffee - refreshment - during the breaks
- transport by conference buses from Bratislava/Vienna to Smolenice (on Sunday 11 SEP 2016 afternoon) and back from Smolenice to Bratislava/Vienna (on Thursday 15 SEP 2016 early afternoon).

Important remark:
Please arrange the payment so that the full amount of money is received (i.e. all bank expenses haveto be paid by the participant); otherwise you will have to pay for the difference in cash at the Registration Desk upon you arrival; thank you.

The earlybird rates are applicable only for the payments received no later than on 08 July 2016 (Friday).
