The fee includes ("all inclusive"):

- registration to the Conference
- conference materials
- accommodation in the Smolenice Castle (please just keep in mind that there is a limited number of single rooms)
- full meal (excluding beverages)
- welcome reception on Sunday evening
- symposium trip/excursion on Tuesday afternoon
- symposium banquet on Wednesday evening
- conference hall
- tea/coffee - refreshment - during the breaks
- transport by conference buses from Bratislava/Vienna (Schwechat Airport) to Smolenice (on Sunday 14 SEP 2025 afternoon) and back from Smolenice to Bratislava/Vienna-Schwechat (on Thursday 18 SEP 2025 early afternoon).

(1) Pre-early bird Registration deadline: 31 December 2024
The pre-early bird rates are applicable only for the payments arranged no later than on 31 December 2024 (Tuesday).

Pre-early bird registration:

PhD-Student (max. 10; a proof of status necessary*): 600,-€
Participant from Industry: 900,- €
Accompanying person: 500,- €
