Fees and Payments
The fee
for ALAMYs meetings is always "all inclusive".
It means that - once you have paid for your Registration Fee - all you need to do is only to take care about your travel from your place either to Vienna-Austria (Airport Schwechat) or Bratislava-Slovakia (Milan Rastislav Stefanik's Airport or the City). Everything else during the ALAMY_9 Symposium will be covered by the Registration Fee. Also the transport from Vienna and/or Bratislava to the Conference Venue - Smolenice Castle - will be arranged by Organizers and is covered by the Registration Fee. The Registration Fee thus includes: - registration to the Conference - accommodation in the Smolenice Castle (please just keep in mind that there is a limited number of single rooms) - conference materials - full meal (excluding beverages) - welcome reception on Sunday evening - symposium trip/excursion on Tuesday afternoon - symposium banquet on Wednesday evening - conference hall - tea/coffee - refreshment - during the breaks - transport by conference buses from Bratislava/Vienna (Schwechat Airport) to Smolenice (on Sunday 14 SEP 2025 afternoon) and back from Smolenice to Bratislava/Vienna-Schwechat (on Thursday 18 SEP 2025 early afternoon). ======= (1) Pre-early bird Registration deadline: 31 December 2024 The pre-early bird rates are applicable only for the payments arranged no later than on 31 December 2024 (Tuesday). Pre-early bird registration: Participant - Academic: 800,- € PhD-Student (max. 10; a proof of status necessary*): 600,-€ Participant from Industry: 900,- € Accompanying person: 500,- € ======= The payment will be available by the end of February / beginning of March. (2) Early bird Registration deadline: 15 July 2025 The early bird rates are applicable only for the payments received no later than within a week after the deadline. will definitely be valid only after payment.
Now, the payment is on hold. The payment will be enabled/opened in a few weeks - by the end of February or at the latest at the beginning of March 2025. Until then, it is all right to fill in only the Registration Form and submit the Abstract. Even - if more convenient for you now - the Abstract is allowed to be sent later, i.e. it does not necessarily be included in your Registration Form, but you may submit it later as an e-mail attachment to Main Organiser (Stefan.Janecek@savba.sk). You will be informed by the Main Organizer via e-mail that the possibility of payment has already been opened. It will have to be done by bank transfer.
