Conference Bus(es)
Two Conference Buses will be available for transport from on 14 SEP 2025 and back on 18 SEP 2025. PLEASE INFORM THE MAIN ORGANIZER ABOUT YOUR ITINERARY:
i.e. your flights both on Sunday 14 SEP 2025 and Thursday 18 SEP 2025.
============== Sunday - 14 SEP 2025 ============== The Conference Buses from Vienna Airport Schwechat via Bratislava to Smolenice Castle The buses The FIRST bus should leave the Vienna Airport Schwechat at ~13:30. The SECOND bus will leave the Vienna Airport Schwechat no later than at 14:00. There will be the "ALAMY_9" guides in both buses who will take care of you. If there is an interest from participants, the FIRST bus can stop in Bratislava at the parking-place in front of the cinema “KINO ISTROPOLIS”. The

KINO ISTROPOLIS Parking-Place Trnavske myto 1 The SECOND bus leaving the Vienna Airport Schwechat at ~14:00 (as latest), will drive directly from Vienna Airport Schwechat to Smolenice Castle with planned arrival at the Conference Venue at ~16:00. To

transportation from Bratislava to Smolenice, you
can take a bus from Bratislava Bus Station "Mlynske Nivy" (timetable
at: http://www.cp.sk/bus/);
there are two direct buses from Bratislava to Smolenice
on 14th

Please inform the Main Organiser in advance at Stefan.Janecek@savba.sk. A conference car can be arranged for you to pick you up from the Smolenice bus stop and take you to the Smolenice Castle (it is a few km up to a hill). If
you prefer to travel by your own by car, please, see the possibilities

Also please let us know if you travel by your own. If you arrive by car, it is possible to park a car inside the Castle area. ================
Thursday - 18 SEP 2025 ================ The Conference Buses from Smolenice Castle via Bratislava to Vienna Airport Schwechat Both buses should be available from ~12:30 at the Smolenice Castle. Both buses should leave the Smolenice Castle, in fact, right after the Closing the Conference Programme around ~13:00 (but definitively before 13:30). Participants
will receive their lunch packed for later refreshment.
