The fee includes ("all inclusive"):
- registration to the Conference
- conference materials
- accommodation in the Smolenice Castle (please just keep in mind that there is a limited number of single rooms)
- full meal (excluding beverages)
- welcome reception on Sunday evening
- symposium trip/excursion on Tuesday afternoon
- symposium banquet on Wednesday evening
- conference hall
- tea/coffee - refreshment - during the breaks
- transport by conference buses from Bratislava/Vienna (Schwechat Airport) to Smolenice (on Sunday 29 SEP 2019 afternoon) and back from Smolenice to Bratislava/Vienna-Schwechat (on Thursday 3 OCT 2019 early afternoon).

The earlybird rates are applicable only for the payments received no later than on 12 July 2019 (Friday).
