Dear ALAMY_4 participants - colleagues and friends!

After some silence I would like to inform you that again - as usual after every ALAMY meeting - it is possible to prepare something like an ALAMY_4 Proceedings. It would/will be published in the journal Biologia, in one of its next-year (2011) regular Issues (i.e. not a Supplement). My real estimate for publication is the Issue No. 5 (SEP/OCT) or No. 6 (NOV/DEC). All manuscripts will undergo a standard peer-reviewing process.

For previous Proceedings, please see for the ALAMY_1, ALAMY_2 and ALAMY_3. 

Now Biologia is available at the SprignerLink and/or MetaPress. Its Impact Factor for the year 2009 was 0.617. Please have a look also at the Biologia's Instructions to Authors.

Every participant is welcome to submit a manuscript that should be based on his/her ALAMY_4 contribution (regardless an Oral talk or a Poster). Both Reviews and Full Papers are equally welcome; however, Short Communication are not encouraged.

So that those of you who would like to contribute, please submit your manuscript via e-mail to biologia.C@savba.sk before the end of this year, i.e. the deadline for submission is 31 December 2010.

Therefore, if you really plan to submit, send me please as soon as possible the tentative title and type of your paper (Review or Full Paper) to help me to start the arranging the things.

And I would also like to thank you all very much one more time for your coming to Smolenice in September and thus contributing to the ALAMY_4 success.
